Educational Qualification
Candidates must have the following qualifications based on the post category they are applying for:

Graduate Apprentices: A full-time regular 4-year degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Electronics, CS/IT, Mechanical/Automobile) or BCA from an AICTE-recognized institution. Candidates who passed in or after 2021 are eligible for these posts.

Diploma Apprentices: A 3-year diploma in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Electronics, CS/IT, Mechanical/Automobile) or Computer Application & Business Management from an AICTE-approved institute.

Selection Process
The selection for AAI NR Apprentice Recruitment 2025 will be based on the following stages:

Merit List Generation : Candidates will be shortlisted based on their percentage of marks in the qualifying exam (Degree/Diploma/ITI). In case of a tie, between two students preference will be given to the older candidate and then the date of passing.

Stipend Details
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as follows:

Graduate Apprentices: ₹15,000 (₹10,500 from AAI + ₹4,500 Govt. Share via DBT).

Diploma Apprentices: ₹12,000 (₹8,000 from AAI + ₹4,000 Govt. Share via DBT).
